Lottery officials in South Carolina have finalized and published the winning numbers for the drawings conducted on Thursday, September 10, 2026. The South Carolina Education Lottery held its regular slate of daily games, giving ticket holders across the Palmetto State multiple chances to win cash prizes across afternoon and evening sessions.
Among the most widely played daily offerings, the Pick 3 Plus FIREBALL game yielded winning combinations in both its midday and evening broadcasts. During the midday session, the winning sequence drawn was 2-7-5, accompanied by a FIREBALL number of 2. Later in the evening, the Pick 3 drawing produced the winning numbers 2-8-6, with the FIREBALL number once again landing on 2.
Players checking their tickets for the four-digit game, Pick 4 Plus FIREBALL, also observed identical FIREBALL results across both daily drawings. The midday Pick 4 winning numbers were established as 7-3-8-0 with a FIREBALL of 2. In the evening draw, the winning sequence shifted to 5-3-0-4, while the FIREBALL number remained 2, offering players supplemental opportunities to match combinations depending on their selected play styles.
The single-number game Cash Pop also determined its daily winners across two scheduled draws on September 10. In the midday broadcast, number 09 was drawn as the winning selection. For the evening segment, number 02 was selected, concluding the daily Cash Pop outcomes for participating players.
In addition to the multi-digit numbers, the South Carolina Education Lottery conducted its daily Palmetto Cash 5 drawing. The winning five-number combination selected for the September 10 evening draw was 06-09-23-24-41. Participants who matched numbers from this selection are encouraged to compare their playslips with the official prize tables.
Lottery officials remind all participants to verify their game tickets against the official payout structures published by the South Carolina Education Lottery. Payout amounts, prize distributions, and historical drawing archives for games such as Pick 3, Pick 4, Cash Pop, and Palmetto Cash 5 remain accessible through the organization's official website.
For players holding winning tickets from the September 10 drawings, the lottery operates a structured, multi-tier redemption protocol that varies depending on the total dollar amount won. These procedures are designed to ensure accurate payouts, proper identity verification, and efficient distribution of funds across the state.
Winners holding tickets with prize values of up to $500 are eligible to receive their payouts immediately at any authorized South Carolina Education Lottery retail outlet. To complete the transaction, the winner must present the original, signed winning ticket directly to the retail clerk for on-the-spot validation and cash distribution.
For mid-tier prizes ranging between $501 and $100,000, players are directed to utilize the South Carolina Education Lottery Claims Center mail-in service. To submit a claim by mail, the claimant must complete an official claim form, sign the back of the winning ticket, and include a legible photocopy of a government-issued photo identification card.
When submitting mail-in claims, lottery administrators advise winners to take specific security measures to safeguard their winning entries. Players are urged to retain personal copies of all completed documents and use registered mail services to guarantee tracked and secure delivery to the agency's dedicated postal address at SC Education Lottery, P.O. Box 11039, Columbia, SC 29211-1039.
For major prizes exceeding $100,000, winners must claim their payouts in person by visiting the official South Carolina Education Lottery Headquarters. The Columbia Claims Center, situated at 1303 Assembly Street in Columbia, handles these high-value claims during standard operational hours.
Claimants visiting the Columbia Claims Center for high-tier payouts are required to bring several essential documents for mandatory identity validation. These items include the signed original winning ticket, a completed claim form, a valid government-issued photo identification card, and an official Social Security card. Additionally, top-tier winners are provided the option to arrange an Electronic Funds Transfer, allowing direct deposit of their prize money into a designated bank account.
All winners across South Carolina draw games must adhere to strict claiming deadlines established under state lottery regulations. Every prize won in a draw game must be formally claimed within 180 days from the official date of the drawing. Tickets that are not presented or claimed within this 180-day window become void, and the associated prizes are forfeited.
The South Carolina Education Lottery maintains a consistent weekly broadcast schedule for all of its core games. Daily in-state drawings for Pick 3, Pick 4, and Cash Pop occur twice every day, with midday numbers drawn at 12:59 p.m. Eastern Time and evening results drawn at 6:59 p.m. Eastern Time. The Palmetto Cash 5 drawing takes place once per day at 6:59 p.m. Eastern Time.
In addition to state-specific draws, South Carolina players participate in nationwide multi-state lottery drawings throughout the week. Powerball drawings are conducted three nights a week—every Monday, Wednesday, and Saturday—at 10:59 p.m. Eastern Time. Meanwhile, the multi-state Mega Millions drawings take place twice weekly on Tuesday and Friday evenings at 11:00 p.m. Eastern Time.
